Breaking News: Commercial Plane Forced To Land After Attempted Hijack (PHOTOS)

With the uncertainties still trailing a Malaysia Airlines passenger plane that disappeared last month with 239 passengers onboard, a Virgin Australia plane has reportedly been forced to land at Bali airport today after a suspected hijacking.
According to Indonesian officials, a passenger reportedly tried to enter the plane's cockpit and the pilot described the action as a hijack.
It is not yet known if the plane was forced to land by people on the plane or whether it was escorted in by fighter jets.
However, the passenger, who is said to be drunk, has been reported to have been arrested.

"We got information that a 737-800 from Brisbane to Bali has been hijacked,' spokesman Hadi Tjahjanto told MetroTV television station, adding it was a Virgin flight.
'The pilot indicated that the plane has been hijacked,' senior transport ministry official Harry Bhakti said on MetroTV.
'There's an information that a passenger tried to get into a cockpit, we are investigating.'

A passenger on a Garuda flight that was about to take off from Bali, Palani Mohan, told Dailymail reporter: 'The captain of my plane made an announcement saying we were delayed indefinitely because a hijack was going on in Bali airport, about 150 metres away from us.

 'I saw at least five vehicles including military-style trucks, filled with men in uniform, rushing towards the plane.
'Then the Virgin plane taxied away, followed by the convoy of security forces. The flight attendant said it's been taken off to a different part of the airport.
'Bali airport seems to be in lockdown, we've been told no planes will be departing or arriving. The pilot's not allowing anyone off our plane.'

AMAZING!!! Woman Gives Birth To A Conjoined Twins In Abia

The birth of a conjoined twins by a 40-year-old woman caused a scene at a hospital in Abia state.

The woman was reported to have delivered at Mben Cottage Hospital, on Asaga road, Ebem Ohafia in Abia state.
The doctor, Benard Orji who carried out the delivery while speaking on the birth of the babies described it as a strange one as the mother had the twins through a caesarean operation which lasted for underwent two-hours.
Dr. Orji also stated that the woman who was not a registered patient in the hospital until her delivery did not attend prenatal clinic which may have caused her twins to be conjoined.

Caroline Sam, better known to Nigerians as Maheeda, is a gospel singer. She grew up as an orphan, she has never met her father and lost her mother at a young age. P-Square's Contract as Globacom Ambassadors MayTerminate If They Split

With all the news going viral about psquare breakup, it seems if the Glo ambassadors are not careful their deal with the telecommunication will be terminated. A source close to the telecoms operator told Vanguard yesterday on telephone that the telecommunications giant, Globacom Nigeria Limited may terminate the endorsement deal, which it has with the pop twins Peter and Paul Okoye, popularly known as P-Square, since 2010, should they go ahead with the break-up. The telecoms giant entered into a contract with P-Square and not with any of the twins. “Since Glo has a contract with P-Square, and not with Peter or Paul, their breakup will definitely lead to the termination of the contract,” the source revealed

Popular actor, Chris Nkulor has died barely a month after news hit the internet that he was in need of about N6million for a kidney surgery. Chris gave up the ghost some hours ago. From information gathered, his friends were still trying to raise the amount needed for his surgery at the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching hospital Ile-Ife, Osun State before death snatched him away. The veteran actor had gone underground, unknown to many that he was silently suffering from a kidney ailment. His recent picture drew sympathy as he was a shadow of his former self. Chris has acted in many movies, which made him popular. The movie industry in Nigeria called Nollywood has witnessed deaths in recent times. In February 2014, an actress in Rivers State died during childbirth, while in March, another actress in Rivers State also died.
